Online Booking is the way to schedule an appointment with your therapist, whether you are a new or returning client. Same-day booking is not an option (appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
An Intake Form must be completed in advance of your session, whether your bring the completed form with you, or arrive 10 minutes early to complete it at HighVibe Living.
The scope of your 60, 90, or 120-minute session includes the intake review, assessments, therapeutic work (massage, bodywork, energy healing, teaching, coaching . . . etc.
New clients should include a "New Client Intake" add-on (15 minutes of extra time) at booking to optimize the quality of their session with their therapist. If not, the required intake time will reduce the amount of therapeutic service time.
Time is valuable, and timely communication is key. When possible, please give at 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Payment for late reschedules and cancellations is required.
If you are running late, call or text your therapist to let them know. If you are 15 minutes late, and you have not communicated with your therapist, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and payment for services will still be required.
Payment is required upon Booking.
Auto-debit payments are required for Monthly Massage Care Plan Members.
